Introducing Lil' New Yorker Pizza


Desperate for a slice of NY-style pizza, that thin, yet chewy crust topped with the perfect balance of savory sauce and cheese, but thousands of miles from our favorite pizzerias, I began experimenting in my own kitchen. 

Beverly Collins' eBook and DVD, "Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria" got me started. My husband and kids love pizza so they didn't mind being taste testers as I tried different things to try to recreate our favorite NY pizzeria pizza. About 8 months after we began, we unveiled our pizza at a party and each pie was gone minutes after it was taken out of the oven. Now I'm ready to give it a name and perhaps teach folks how to make this amazing delicacy out here in the midwest - Lil' New Yorker Pizza is born!
